Materials
Our canvas walls and panels are handmade typically using a 540gsm waterproof polycotton canvas that is designed for the British climate and is rot & mildew resistant.
This is the same fabric we use on our permanent Safari Tents bespoke structures and it offers incredible durability and longevity. Other fabrics are available.
The clear element of the windows is a heavy weight clear PVC that will not crease and provides long lasting crystal clear visibility.
The Details
Since every order of canvas walls is custom produced you are free to add the features and details that you need … we can add windows of your choice in size, zipped doorways, privacy blinds with stylish wooden toggles.
Even the most unusual shaped structure is not a problem. Our design team is experienced in some very complex installations!
The Process
Drop us an email or call to chat through your requirements for canvas walls, we will then typically ask for a couple of images of the structure and measurements in order to give you a fixed quote.
After that we will produce CAD designs for your custom canvas walls for you to check and approve ensuring all details are correct.
Our experienced design team will always be on hand for any questions you may have regarding the measuring and fitting of your canvas walls.
Manufacturing
Once approved your custom canvas walls will be cut in your chosen colour using our precision automated cutting facilities. Our machinists will then machine your canvas panels which will then be fitted with the fixtures required for installation.
Installation
Many of our clients fit their own canvas walls as the fitting elements supplied and the support for our team is sufficient. We can offer a fitting service if required, just ask.
